News: Mail Server settings

With the introduction of the clustered servers you mail find that you email program is not sending or receiving email. If this is the case then please check your incoming and outgoing email server settings in your email program. They should be set to mail.yourdomainname eg. mail.assetict.com which will direct your email program to the mail server which handles the mail for your account.
Please also make sure that you are using a secure connection to connect to the server. You can view your connection settings via your webmail or cPanel.
