Unlock a blocked IP address

You can unblock your IP address from within your client area.

Once logged in to your client area, select the hosting service where you are locked out by goign to the services menu on the left hand side and selecting the group the hosting service is in:

Select the hosting service where you have been locked out by clicking on the service name:

Scroll down through the management option tabs and look for the Unblock IP Address option and select. Once selected it will show if the IP address you are currently connected to the internet is blocked or not. If it is then you can unblock the address from here:
